Market Hours
Engage with industry on acquisition needs.
Market Hours are structured sessions that provide HHS acquisition professionals and program offices with focused opportunities to engage with industry on specific capability areas and acquisition requirements. Sessions are conducted under the OMAS vehicle.
About Market Hours
Market Hours sessions are designed to support informed acquisition planning by facilitating direct, structured dialogue between government customers and industry. Sessions are organized around specific topics, capability areas, or acquisition needs identified by HHS program offices and contracting activities.
Participation is open to eligible industry partners under the OMAS vehicle. Sessions are not procurement actions and do not create any obligation or commitment on the part of the government. Information exchanged during Market Hours sessions does not constitute a solicitation or an offer to contract.
Government participants should coordinate with their contracting officer before participating to ensure compliance with applicable procurement integrity and communication requirements.
